RETURN COST

For local customers, there will be no return costs. Simply message us and we will arrange a convenient meeting. If your order was shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but you will be refunded for the shipping and the product once it is returned to us. Please contact us before returning the product through our social media, phone numbers, or email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item due to it being unsuitable or damaged, we will be happy to provide you with a refund once the return has been completed. Please note that returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process any refunds or returns.

In case you want to make an exchange, the exchange must be for the same item or a product of the same price. If the exchange is for an item that costs more than the original item you purchased, we will deduct the price difference from the exchanged item's cost, and you will need to pay the remaining amount.
